MISSION DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Comp: $150-$170K + Equity

The Role
As a key player in our mission engagement team, you will identify DoD mission groups that need our innovative technology and build strategic partnerships to drive software deployments. Your role involves defining pilot engagement scopes, navigating internal bureaucratic hurdles, and ultimately expanding successful pilots into larger, sustained projects that align with mission objectives. You will be instrumental in converting mission success into lasting partnerships and operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify mission groups within the DoD facing challenges our technology can solve and introduce them to the value of our solutions.
Work closely with partners to scope pilot projects, navigating complex contracting, organizational, and budgetary processes to bring these pilots to fruition.
Enable senior-level DoD visibility on mission wins, helping to develop a roadmap for scaling successful pilots into larger, ongoing projects.
What You’ll Do:
Drive the adoption of our software by aligning it with the needs of mission users and ensuring they understand its value.
Guide partners through the complexity of pilot implementation, helping them overcome organizational and budgetary challenges.
Collaborate with our mission success team and DoD leaders to turn pilot wins into long-term, impactful projects that support mission-critical objectives.
Qualifications
A motivated problem solver who takes ownership, acts with urgency, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You like a challenge, and you don’t quit.
A mission domain expert with DoD mission user experience, domain knowledge, or military service. You understand our partners' organizational constructs and challenges because you lived them.
U.S. Persons status is required as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems with the ability to obtain security clearance.
Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance or have held one previously. Ability to receive an SCI nomination is required.
