SOCOM Sales Lead

About the Role:
Drive sales growth with new and existing customers, particularly within SOCOM, with potential to expand into other areas (e.g., U.S. Navy, Army Material Command, Foreign Military Sales)
Build on existing relationships while identifying new market opportunities
Become an expert in the company's sales process, product briefings, and customer feedback collection
Gain proficiency in app distribution, security, and technology to support sales efforts
Lead sales calls, customer engagements, and industry trade shows
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve goals, providing regular updates to leadership
Manage the sales pipeline, customer relationships, and follow-ups using provided tools
Collaborate with operations and technology teams to evaluate customer requests and ensure proper handoff
Participate in product pricing development based on customer insights
Requirements:
Military experience, particularly within SOCOM, is highly preferred
Sales experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) preferred
Experience with government contracting and acquisitions is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology
Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about contributing to a growing business
Work Environment:
Remote, work-from-home setup with regular communication via collaboration tools
Physical demands may include lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing on military equipment in challenging conditions
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 8-12 days of travel per month to military installations across the U.S. and OCONUS locations
